ABSTRAK

Daun sirsak merupakan tanaman obat yang bermanfaat untuk mengobati kanker, pengobatan batu empedu, antisembelit, asam urat, dan meningkatkan selera makan. Kebanyakan masyarakat hanya tahu akan buah sirsak saja, tetapi sekarang dengan berkembangnya teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan dapat dibuat Teh Herbal dari daun sirsak (Annona muricata).

Oleh karena itu penulis melakukan pembuatan dan analisis Teh Herbal dari Daun Sirsak. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan kadar air 7,36 %, kadar serat kasar 11,54 %, cemaran logam Cu 0,0498 mg/kg, dan angka lempeng total 1,5 x 10^-2 koloni/g. Dari hasil ini disimpulkan bahwa Teh Herbal Daun Sirsak ini memiliki mutu yang baik untuk dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat.

ABSTRACT

Soursop leaves are medicinal plants that are useful for treating cancer, the treatment of gallstones, antisembelit, uric acid, and increased appetite. Most people only know the soursop fruit, but now with the development of technology and science can be made Herbal Tea from the leaves of the soursop   (Annonamuricata).

The authors therefore make the creation and analysis of Leaf Herbal Tea Soursop. Obtained from the analysis of water content 7.36%, 11.54% crude fiber content, contaminant metals Cu 0.0498 mg / kg, and total plate count of 1.5 x 10-2 colonies / g. From the results it was concluded that this Soursop Leaf Herbal Tea has a good quality for consumption by the public.
